Each balance is grouped by how far its due date is from the aging date. Enter the remaining balance for partially paid bills.

Each bill is aged by the number of calendar days between its due date and the as-of date. A bill not yet overdue, or due on the as-of date, is current; overdue balances fall into 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, or over-90-day buckets.
For a partly paid bill, enter the remaining open balance, not the original bill total. Zero or negative balances are excluded from the bucket totals.
Accounts payable versus receivable
Accounts payable (A/P) is money the business owes suppliers. Accounts receivable (A/R) is money customers owe the business. This calculator groups supplier-bill balances only.
The output is a manual aging summary based on the dates and open balances entered. It does not reconcile bills, payments, credits or accounting records.
