Install the generated signature
Gmail: open Settings, choose See all settings, find Signature under General, create a signature and add the generated content. Outlook: open Settings and find Accounts or Mail, then Signatures; in classic Outlook use File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Apple Mail: open Mail Settings (or Preferences), choose Signatures, and add one for the selected account.
This tool creates and downloads HTML; it does not install or test a signature inside those email clients. Client versions handle pasted HTML differently. Send a test message to yourself and check it on desktop and mobile before using it in business email.
Images and rendering limits
An optional uploaded image is read and resized in your browser and embedded in the generated HTML. Email clients may remove embedded data images, block images, or render spacing and fonts differently; this page does not promise consistent image support across Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Keep important contact information as text, use a simple layout, and verify links and images in a received message. The tool does not host the image at a public URL.

- Add the details you want in your signature.
- Preview the finished signature.
- Copy the HTML or download it for your email client.
Can I install the generated signature in Gmail?
Gmail has signature settings under Settings, See all settings, General, then Signature. This generator exports HTML but has not been tested inside Gmail, so verify the formatting and links in a test message before using it.
