About Lynka

A CRM that starts before the first hello.

Lynka began with a simple frustration: most CRMs are ready once you already have the lead, while a small business still has to find the businesses worth calling in the first place.

Why we built it

That is why prospect discovery sits beside the CRM instead of being treated as somebody else's problem.

The idea grew from there. In a small business, the person who finds the lead may also send the quote, check whether stock is available, chase the invoice and answer the customer later. The software should not force that team to recreate the same customer every time the job changes.

Where it starts

We did not want the first screen to depend on an imported list

Lead Generator lets a user search businesses by market, review the information that is available and save selected prospects into Sales. It is intentionally selective: a search result does not become a CRM record until somebody decides it is worth working.

That is a small product decision, but it says a lot about how Lynka is meant to be used. Sales should contain prospects the team intends to work, not every business a search happened to return.

What happens next

Small teams cross department lines all day

A five-person business can have Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Support responsibilities without having four separate departments. The same person may move between those jobs during the same afternoon.

Lynka keeps distinct records for leads, deals, quotes, invoices, supplier bills, purchase orders, stock movements and tickets, but connects them where the business process overlaps.

The goal is not to erase the differences between those jobs. It is to avoid losing the customer or product history when responsibility moves from one person to another.

Small teams

The product goes deeper after the deal because the business does too

A won opportunity can lead to a quote that needs approval, revision and customer signing. The accepted work can become an invoice that is paid in parts or reduced by a credit note.

A product sale can require purchasing, partial receiving, damaged-stock handling, fulfillment and inventory costing. Finance may then need the supplier bill, three-way match, bank reconciliation and period close.

Those are not decorative modules around the CRM. They are the work that begins once the customer says yes.

The belief behind it

We would rather describe what Lynka does than pretend it does everything

Lynka is not an enterprise marketing suite, a warehouse-management system for complex multi-location logistics, or a replacement for every specialist accounting or support product.

Lead Generator does not claim a database of hundreds of millions of verified contacts. The payment records in Lynka do not move customer money. Field-service pages do not claim technician dispatch or route optimization that the product does not provide.

Clear limits make the real capabilities easier to evaluate.

Who it is for

The best fit is a business where customer work and operational work keep touching

Lynka makes the most sense for owner-led businesses, small commercial teams, agencies, professional-services firms and distributors that need more than a contact database but do not want to assemble a large enterprise software stack.

If the team only needs a specialist sales CRM, there are mature products built exactly for that. If the team needs deep enterprise marketing automation, there are larger platforms built for that too.

Lynka's place is the small operating team that wants the sale and the work around the sale to remain close.

Follow Lynka from the first prospect through the work that follows the sale.

Start with Sales if that is the immediate problem, then judge the rest of Lynka by the jobs your team still handles somewhere else.

Questions about Lynka

Why does Lynka include Lead Generator?
