Lynka vs HubSpot

Lynka vs HubSpot: which one fits the business you actually run?

HubSpot is a much larger customer platform with deeper marketing, AI and ecosystem capabilities. Lynka is built for a smaller team that wants CRM beside quoting, invoicing, stock, purchasing, accounting and support. This comparison explains the trade-off without pretending the products are identical.

HubSpot is one of the strongest choices for a company that wants a mature CRM surrounded by marketing, sales, service, content, data and revenue products. Its app marketplace and higher tiers go far beyond what Lynka offers today.

Lynka covers a different amount of the business inside one smaller product. A team can prospect, qualify leads, manage deals, prepare and sign quotes, invoice customers, record payments, receive stock, manage supplier bills, reconcile bank activity and handle support tickets without choosing a separate Lynka app for each department.

The useful question is not which company has the longest feature list. It is whether you need HubSpot's customer-platform depth or Lynka's broader small-business operations coverage.

The short answer

Choose HubSpot when advanced marketing automation, a large integration marketplace, enterprise sales controls, AI agents, sophisticated customization or a mature global ecosystem are central requirements.

Lynka

Consider Lynka when a small team wants sales and the work after the sale in the same product: customer quotes, quote revisions and signing, invoices, recorded payments, supplier purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounting and support.

HubSpot is the larger platform. Lynka covers more back-office work natively than a traditional sales CRM. Those are different strengths.

Pricing Comparison

For pure sales software, HubSpot has more depth

HubSpot Sales Hub covers deal pipelines, prospecting, email, meetings, automation, forecasting, coaching and AI-assisted sales work. Professional and Enterprise tiers add capabilities intended for larger and more structured sales organizations.

Lynka Sales covers leads, qualification, companies, contacts, activities, Gmail, deals, sequences, scoring and individual or team targets. Activities can include recurring follow-up and reminders. Sales sequences can combine email and task steps and can stop after a reply.

Lynka's lead score should not be confused with HubSpot's predictive AI scoring. Lynka's current scoring logic uses available lead information such as business rating and whether website, email and phone details are present. The score includes the reasons behind it.

Strengths

HubSpot now goes much further into quotes and billing than older comparisons suggest

A fair comparison has to acknowledge HubSpot Revenue Hub. HubSpot offers invoices and payment links, while higher Revenue Hub tiers add quotes, contracts, e-signatures, approvals and broader billing capabilities. HubSpot can also process payments through HubSpot payments or Stripe in supported setups.

Lynka also keeps quoting close to the deal. Quotes can contain products or custom work, pricing, discounts, tax, currency, validity and notes. Internal approval can block the customer signing step. Revisions preserve earlier versions, and signing sessions record document evidence, views, signatures or rejection.

Accepted quote information can continue into an invoice. Lynka then records payments and credits against billing history. Lynka records payment information but does not itself move customer money.

Different Route

Inventory and purchasing are where the products separate sharply

HubSpot has a product library for goods and services used on deals, quotes, invoices, payment links and subscriptions. That is useful commercial product data, but it is not the same job as warehouse stock and purchasing.

Lynka tracks stocked and non-stocked products, current stock, reorder levels, suppliers, supplier pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities. Purchase orders keep ordered and received quantities separate. Receiving can record accepted, damaged and on-hold quantities and post the resulting stock movement.

For stocked goods, Lynka can update weighted product cost from posted receipts. Reports include Available Stock, Reorder List, Goods in Transit, Open Purchase Orders, Stock Movements, Inventory Valuation Summary, Margin by Product and Slow Moving Stock.

Lynka includes accounting records that HubSpot normally connects to another finance system

HubSpot Revenue Hub is built to keep revenue and billing data connected to the CRM, and HubSpot supports accounting integrations. It should not be described as a product that simply stops at a won deal.

Lynka's Accounting area includes a chart of accounts, journals, supplier bills, supplier payments, accounting periods, bank reconciliation and financial reports. Supplier bills can be matched with the purchase order and posted goods receipt, with optional three-way matching controls and approval before payment.

Bank reconciliation can match imported bank activity against customer receipts, supplier payments and expenses while unresolved exceptions remain available for review. Finance reports include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, General Ledger, Trial Balance, A/P Aging, Chart of Accounts Balances and Bank Reconciliation Readiness.

HubSpot is the stronger marketing platform. Support depends on how much service tooling you need.

Choose HubSpot if:

HubSpot Marketing Hub is far more developed than Lynka's marketing area for email marketing, inbound acquisition, web behavior, campaign automation and broader marketing operations.

Choose Lynka if:

Lynka currently gives marketing teams campaign records, campaign leads, spend, pipeline, won value, cash collected, attribution touchpoints and campaign reporting. That is useful for connecting campaign activity to CRM outcomes, but it is not a substitute for the full Marketing Hub feature set.

“For support, Lynka has tickets, ownership, priorities, statuses, customer and product links, SLA deadlines, SLA breaches, pause and resume handling, satisfaction fields and five support reports. HubSpot Service Hub is the stronger option for companies that need a much broader customer-service platform.”

Pricing needs to be compared by the products and seats you will actually use

As of September 4, 2026, HubSpot's Sales Hub pricing page lists Free for up to two users, Starter from $7 per seat per month when billed annually, Professional from $90 per seat per month and Enterprise from $150 per seat per month. The same page lists required one-time onboarding of $1,500 for Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise. HubSpot pricing and promotions can change.

HubSpot also packages Revenue, Marketing, Service, Content and Data capabilities separately, with bundles and promotions available. A company evaluating HubSpot should price the combination it intends to use rather than compare Lynka only with the lowest Sales Hub tier.

Lynka Pro is for one person. Teams is for up to five people, with different usage limits and LeadGen token allowances shown on the pricing page.

Before leaving HubSpot, write down what your team would lose

A switch makes sense only if the problem you are solving is larger than the migration cost. List the HubSpot features used every week, especially automations, marketing tools, custom reporting, AI features, app integrations, quoting and service functions.

Then list the software that still sits around HubSpot for stock, purchasing, supplier bills, accounting and other operational work. If those separate systems are creating the larger burden, Lynka deserves a closer look.

If your company depends on HubSpot's ecosystem or advanced go-to-market features, consolidating into a smaller product may remove capabilities you genuinely use. In that case, HubSpot can remain the better choice.

A practical way to decide

Pick HubSpot for a sophisticated customer platform with much deeper marketing, ecosystem and enterprise capability.

Pick Lynka when the same small group of people is constantly crossing between prospecting, selling, quoting, billing, purchasing, stock, finance and support, and you want those records designed to work together.

Do not choose Lynka because it is presented as a cheaper HubSpot clone. It is not. Choose it only if its wider small-business operating scope matches the work your team actually needs to manage.

Compare the software around your CRM, not just the CRM.

If stock, purchasing and accounting still require separate systems, compare that full setup with what Lynka covers before you decide.
