1. Current production providers
- Hosting, database, authentication and storage providers used to operate the Services.
- Email delivery, analytics, security monitoring and workflow providers used where enabled.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI — cloud and AI infrastructure that may process relevant prompts, Customer Data and workspace context for Lynn and other AI-assisted features on Lynka's behalf.
- Freemius — Merchant of Record and subscription checkout provider for current Lynka plan purchases; other supported payment providers may apply to legacy or separately identified transactions.
- Business-data and search providers used by Lead Generator where applicable.
2. User-selected integration providers
Google is used when a user elects to connect Gmail. User-selected integration providers are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices and may not act solely as Lynka subprocessors for every processing activity.
3. Changes to providers
Lynka may add, replace or remove providers as the Service changes. Where applicable law or the DPA requires advance notice or an objection opportunity for a new subprocessor, Lynka will provide the legally required process.
