1. Lawful business use
Use Lynka only for legitimate business and professional purposes and in accordance with applicable law, the Terms, provider policies and the rights of other people. Account holders must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where higher.
2. Communications and anti-spam
- Do not send spam, phishing, scams, malware, harassment or deceptive communications.
- Have the consent or other lawful authority required to contact recipients.
- Identify the sender accurately and include legally required opt-out mechanisms.
- Honor unsubscribe, objection, suppression, complaint and hard-bounce restrictions.
- Do not attempt to bypass provider sending limits, reputation protections or abuse controls.
- Hosted email allowances are maximum service limits, not delivery or inbox-placement guarantees.
3. Lead Generator and prospect data
- Use prospect information only for lawful business purposes.
- Independently determine whether you may contact or otherwise process each prospect.
- Do not assume that Lynka making a record available supplies your legal basis.
- Do not use prospect data for unlawful consumer targeting, stalking, harassment, discriminatory decisions, identity theft or sensitive profiling.
- Honor applicable opt-out, objection, deletion, suppression and contact-restriction requirements.
4. Security and platform abuse
- Do not access another workspace, account or record without permission.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload or attack Lynka without authorization.
- Do not bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, plan restrictions or technical controls.
- Do not bulk-extract the Services outside interfaces expressly provided for that purpose except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
- Do not distribute malware or use Lynka to facilitate credential theft or unauthorized access.
5. Data and third-party rights
- Do not upload or process data without the required rights, notices and lawful basis.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality or privacy rights.
- Do not place highly regulated or sensitive data in Lynka unless the relevant feature expressly supports that use and you have the required safeguards.
6. Enforcement
Lynka may investigate suspected misuse and may throttle, restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect recipients, users, third parties, providers, service security, deliverability or legal compliance. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Lynka will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable problem.
