Lynka vs Pipedrive

Lynka vs Pipedrive for small businesses

Pipedrive is a mature sales CRM with polished pipeline, email, automation and prospecting tools. Lynka covers sales too, then continues into customer quotes, billing, purchasing, stock, accounting and support. The better fit depends on where you want the CRM to end.

Pipedrive's current plans include email sync, sequences, automation, subscriptions, forecasts, LeadBooster, scoring, enrichment, contracts and e-signatures, depending on tier.

The important difference is product scope. Pipedrive remains centered on sales and connects to accounting, invoicing and other operational systems through its marketplace. Lynka includes more of those operational records inside the same product.

That makes Pipedrive attractive to a sales team that already likes its surrounding software. Lynka is more relevant when the owner or a small team wants fewer boundaries between selling and running the order afterward.

Pipedrive is the stronger pure sales CRM today

Pipedrive has spent years refining activity-based selling. Even its Lite plan includes lead, deal, contact, calendar and pipeline management, spreadsheet or CRM import, reporting and access to more than 500 integrations.

Lynka

Growth adds full email sync, tracking, automations, nurturing sequences, subscriptions, forecasting, a meeting scheduler and the contacts timeline. Premium adds LeadBooster, lead routing, custom scoring, company enrichment, more email tools, contracts, e-signatures and deeper customization.

If your biggest requirement is sales execution and the rest of your software stack already works, Pipedrive has a maturity advantage.

Pricing Comparison

Lynka Sales is smaller, but it covers more than basic pipeline tracking

Leads can stay in qualification before a real opportunity is created. Qualification fields cover the need, decision maker, budget discussion, timing and next action. Deals then carry stage, expected value, probability, expected close date, ownership and outcome.

Activities support assignments, due dates, priority, duration, recurrence and reminders. Gmail messages and threads can be linked back to CRM records. Sales sequences can mix email and task steps, wait between steps and stop after a reply or terminal outcome.

Targets can be set for an individual or team over a period, measured by count or amount, with attainment and milestone delivery records behind the feature.

Strengths

Both products help fill the pipeline, but they do it differently

Pipedrive Premium includes LeadBooster and routing, while higher capabilities also include scoring and company-data enrichment. LeadBooster is an add-on on Lite and Growth and included on Premium and Ultimate under Pipedrive's current packaging.

Lynka Lead Generator searches businesses by market criteria such as country, city, industry and keywords. Results can contain available business phone, email, website, address, category, location and rating information. Search results stay outside Sales until somebody selects the business to save.

Lynka includes business search beside its Sales workspace. Review each result and save selected companies directly as leads; check contact details before outreach.

Different Route

Pipedrive has real proposals and e-signatures

Pipedrive Premium includes Smart Docs and built-in contracts and e-signatures. Product catalog functionality is available across current plans, and product information can be attached to deals and documents.

Lynka Quotes are built around the customer sale and can include catalog products or custom work, quantities, prices, discounts, tax, currency, validity and notes. Quotes can require internal approval before the customer signing step.

When a quote changes, revisions preserve earlier versions. Lynka's signing flow uses a generated quote document, an expiring customer session, view records and signature or rejection evidence. Accepted quote information can then start the customer invoice.

Pipedrive can surface invoicing through integrations. Lynka keeps billing records natively.

Pipedrive's current invoicing documentation describes creating, viewing and sending invoices through an invoicing app from the Pipedrive interface. QuickBooks is one supported integration, and the marketplace contains other accounting and invoicing options. Those third-party tools can have their own subscription costs.

Lynka invoices keep issue date, due date, terms, products or services, tax, total, amount paid and amount due. Multiple customer payments can be recorded against one invoice, and credit notes remain separate from cash received.

For a service-only company that already uses QuickBooks, Xero or another finance product, Pipedrive's integration model can be exactly what is wanted. Lynka is more relevant if the goal is to reduce the number of systems involved.

A product catalog is not the same thing as stock and purchasing

Choose Pipedrive if:

Pipedrive has a product catalog for what the sales team sells. It is useful for products on deals and document generation, but Pipedrive positions accounting and invoicing through marketplace integrations rather than as a full purchasing and inventory ledger.

Choose Lynka if:

Lynka products can have stock, minimum stock, cost, selling price and supplier relationships. Each supplier relationship can carry its own supplier code, price, currency, lead time and minimum order quantity.

“Purchase orders track ordered and received quantities. Posted goods receipts can separate accepted, damaged and on-hold goods, update stocked quantities and recalculate weighted product cost. Reports expose incoming goods, reorder needs, stock movement and product margin.”

Accounting is a native Lynka area, not a marketplace category

Pipedrive's marketplace is a strength because businesses can connect established finance products. Pipedrive itself describes accounting and invoicing as an integration use case.

Lynka includes the chart of accounts, journals, supplier bills, supplier payments, A/P Aging, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting periods and financial statements. Supplier bills can reference a purchase order and goods receipt and support three-way matching controls.

That does not automatically make Lynka a better choice. A business with an established finance stack may prefer specialist accounting software. The native model matters when the team specifically wants sales, buying, stock and accounting records to share the same system.

Pipedrive prices per seat. Lynka prices its small-team plans differently.

Pipedrive uses annual-billing seat tiers, with optional add-ons and top-ups that can change the final subscription cost.

Pipedrive's pricing is easy to understand when the requirement is a sales CRM. Premium includes features such as LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs that are paid add-ons on lower tiers, while Campaigns and Web Visitors remain separate add-ons.

Lynka prices differently: Pro is for one person, and Teams is for up to five people. Compare the full setup, including finance, inventory and other connected apps, rather than comparing a five-person Lynka Teams plan with one Pipedrive seat.

Switching is worth considering when the surrounding apps are the problem

Before moving, list the Pipedrive features you actually use: email sync, automations, sequences, LeadBooster, Smart Docs, e-signatures, scoring, enrichment, forecasts, Projects and marketplace integrations.

Then look at the work outside the CRM. If the team is comfortable with the accounting, inventory and billing tools around Pipedrive, there may be little reason to disturb that setup.

If the difficult part is maintaining customer, order, stock and finance information across several systems, Lynka's broader product scope is the reason to test it.
